I'm Gavin Blasier. I spent seven years in the music industry — management and A&R at Warner Records and Three Six Zero — working day-to-day and beyond with A. G. Cook, BloodPop, BURNS, and Count Baldor. That work ran from internationally renowned campaigns to the daily operation that keeps everything moving — the creative collaborators, the partnerships, the rollouts.
What I kept seeing was that the artists who make a real impact have a cohesive world around their music — and that building it is a full-time job that usually belongs to no one. Managers are consumed by deals and logistics. Labels are spread across a roster.
49-50 is my answer to that. I work directly with artists and their teams to define how everything connects, and I stay accountable for the whole picture.
